How long does it take?

Usually under a minute. You can wait and watch, or leave your email and we will send it when it is ready.

What does it cost?

The preview is free. A full-size download is £7.99. Prints are £39.99 (8×10") or £69.99 (16×20"), posted free, with the download included.

Can I get it printed?

Yes, in every style. Prints are giclee on 200gsm matte paper, sent unframed and ready to frame. UK orders usually arrive within a week.

What kind of photo works best?

One where you can see your pet's face clearly, in good light. Any photo from your phone is fine; it does not need to be a professional one.

What happens to my photo?

It is used only to make your portrait, and it is deleted within 24 hours.

What if I don't love it?

Try another look from the same photo; each preview is free. If you have paid and are not happy, email us within 30 days for a full refund. No reason needed.
